In the event of material failure we will assist you in facilitating a claim with the manufacturer. You will be provided with a user name and password to login to our website to manage or make changes to your warranty information.
Our Platinum Plus Warranty Guarantees that: We will repair, at no charge, any issues that arise that are directly related to our workmanship. We will repair home damage due to improper installation at no cost, with a $3000.00 limit. We will provide one follow-up inspection one year after installation to insure proper performance and provide maintenance recommendations.
